I have been working with Librarian job title over two decades in academic libraries/public libraries and special libraries in several states of USA, Canada and Hong Kong (British National Oversea). At the moment, I am Assistant Professor/Business Librarian at Hodges Library.

Local level: UT Faculty Senator (2015 - 2017) - elected; Serve on Library Faculty By-Laws Committee (Member: 2015 - 2016, Committee Chair: 2016- 2017) (appointed by Library Dean)
Awards: My 2012 solo-authorship article won the prestigious Citation of Excellence award from Emerald Publishing (Europe). It was selected as one of 50 articles from 15,000 articles, with proven impact since its publication date, among top 300 business journals around the world including Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management and MIT Sloan Management Review.
