Elizabeth Clement Webb serves as a Mission Support Analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Middle and West Tennessee offices. In this position, she applies analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, assess, and resolve issues or problems of an operational nature resulting in measureable improvements in the overall functionality of the organization. She previously worked at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Director. In this position, she assisted the Deputy in his daily operational and administrative oversight of the FBI and managed the International Association of Chiefs of Police Committee on Terrorism which examines and evaluates policies, guidelines, and response capabilities of the federal government and local law enforcement to respond to the terrorist threat. Prior to these positions, Ms. Clement Webb worked in the National Security Branch for the Executive Assistant Director, served on the Executive Staff in the International Operations Division, and focused on international terrorism and criminal activity emanating from FBI Legal Attaché offices in Europe. She was selected to represent the FBI at the Brookings Institute/European Institute of Public Administration Seminar on Transatlantic Relations in Belgium and The Netherlands.
Ms. Clement Webb entered on duty with the FBI as a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) in 2005. During the PMF program, she completed detail assignments to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division, and the FBI’s Washington Field Office. A native of Nashville, TN, Ms. Clement Webb earned her Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As a rising senior, she was elected Student Body President, the first female elected in over two decades at the state’s flagship campus. While serving in this capacity, she was awarded the Howard Baker Scholarship for Leadership. During graduate school, Ms. Clement Webb studied at the University of Wales, Swansea, and completed a graduate practicum in Public Administration with the City and County of Swansea and the Carmarthenshire County Council. Ms. Clement Webb is married and has two sons and one daughter.
